All of my online courses are based on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and the latest research into health psychology, mental health and disordered eating. They each include easy-to-follow video lessons and printable worksheets and guides to help you progress through the course and make a real difference to your well-being.

All of the courses you see below are included in The Health Mindset Programme (THMP), my signature 6-month online coaching programme. If you would like to purchase a few of the courses below, I recommend you consider joining THMP, as this will be more cost effective for you and includes monthly coaching emails and a reflective journal, to help you progress through the programme in a logical order.
