Outlook: 

1) Find the verification email I've just sent you (you'll need to click the link in the email to prove that you're human and receive your free workbook). My email address is karenoliver@beyondthebathroomscale.co.uk

2) If this email is in your junk folder, simply click Home > Junk > Never Block Sender, see screenshot:

3) A prompt box will pop out to remind you selected address has been added to the safe senders list. And click OK.
