What is The Health Mindset Programme: LIVE?

Recovering from a lifetime of dieting isn’t easy, and neither is reaching a place of body acceptance and ditching the scale.

The LIVE version of The Health Mindset Programme, is structured around the same topics as the self-help version, but with the welcome addition of 1-1 coaching calls for 12 months, to work through the exercises with me, Karen.

You also get full access to the self-help version, at no additional cost.

This is particularly helpful for anyone who finds it difficult to work through the exercises on their own, or has trouble committing to a long-term programme without personal accountability.

With THMP: LIVE you won’t be on this journey alone, and you’ll have my full support at the touch of a button, from the comfort of your own home, on a time and date that suits you.

There are 6 main sections of the programme, which we’ll be covering in depth over the next 12 months. You will be provided with videos and workbooks on each of the below topics and a full 12 month programme of 1-1 cognitive behavioural therapy-based sessions and exercises.

Coaching Calls

The LIVE coaching schedule begins on the 2nd April 2019, after that I will no longer be accepting new clients for the LIVE programme, as I wish to dedicate my time fully to a max of 5 clients. Throughout this month I am accepting bookings for initial assessments which take place before the programme begins.

FAQs 

When is the deadline to book?

Bookings close on the 31st March 2019 at 7pm (UK time). If I am at full capacity (5 people) then the live coaching programme will not open again until 2020 as I wish to be fully focused on providing support to my clients for the next 12 months.

Is this programme a weight loss/diet & fitness plan?

No, this programme is focusing entirely on improving your mindset and healing your relationship with food, exercise and your body. There are no meal plans or workout provided. We do not focus on weight management at all as this is counter-productive for improving our relationship with food.

This is a psychology programme is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. It is aligned with the principals of the Health At Every Size movement, Intuitive Eating and Body Positivity.

Is there anyone this Programme is not suitable for?

Yes. This programme is not suitable for anyone with an active eating disorder, as I am unable to provide the intensive individual support and medical expertise required. Please refer to the disclaimer at the bottom of this page for more information.

Why is it 12 months long?

Recovering from a lifetime of dieting and hating your body takes a lot of internal work and cannot be rushed. In my experience, it can take someone anywhere from six months, to two years to adjust to a new mindset and improve their relationship with food. Which makes sense if you consider that you’ve had a lifetime of being exposed to diet culture. Quick fixes are something the dieting industry offers, and as you already know, these don’t work!

What if I am unhappy with the programme?

I would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me in the first 30 days of signing up and I will give you a full refund.

Can I cancel my payments At ANY time?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. Payments are calculated on a 10 month basis (follow up sessions in the final two months of the year are free).

  • If you are on a 10-month payment plan, you are able to cancel your payments at any time. No refunds will be issued if cancellation falls outside of the first 30 days from sign up.

  • If you chose to pay the full programme amount upfront, you will be refunded the pro-rata amount of the remaining sessions, for example, if you cancel in month 3, and paid the full amount upfront, you will be refunded the remaining 7 month’s worth of fees.

Pricing

When you book your initial assessment, you will be charged a deposit of £50 to hold your place on the programme. This deposit is refundable should you choose to cancel before the 2nd April.

After your initial assessment, you will be given two options to pay for The Health Mindset Programme: LIVE :-

  • One upfront payment of £750

    or

  • 10 Month Payment Plan of £80 per month.
