“I struggle with binge eating, emotional eating and my body image. My physical health is suffering and my anxiety is through the roof. I just don’t know where to begin or what I should work on first. There’s so much conflicting information out there too.”

Videos tend to be around 30-40 minutes long depending on your individual needs.

If you’re feeling stuck and unsure of where to begin with healing and recovery, please use the form below to request free your personal recovery plan - a plan that’s unique to you and your needs.

Your free recovery plan consisting of a video and PDF guide, will be an outline of the steps for you to take in order to recover from or overcome body image issues, binge eating, emotional eating, or yo-yo dieting (my four areas of expertise). If you struggle with one or more of these, I'd love to film a recovery plan tailed especially for you!

All I need from you is a brief outline of what you're struggling with and then I'll get back to you usually within a week with a video I've filmed especially for you.

All of your responses will be kept completely confidential and used only for the purposes of putting together your personalised recovery plan. For more info on how your data submitted through this form is stored and processed, please read my Privacy Policy.

“This was so helpful and informative! It must have taken you ages to put together such a detailed plan, I really appreciate that you’ve taken the time to do this for free. I feel so much clearer and ready to heal from years of binge eating. Thank you so much Karen!”
