10 Days to Better Skin - LQ Liquid Health Advance Skincare Review

LQ Liquid Health Advanced Skincare
I have to confess that since becoming a mum I have really neglected my skin. I'm lucky if I remember to moisturise even once a fortnight and since I rarely have time to apply makeup, I pretty much never cleanse my skin anymore either. For this reason, the idea of a supplement I can quickly down alongside breakfast, with the potential to clear and brighten my skin, really appealed to me.

It's recommended to take the shot for at least one month and for best results its recommend to take the shot for 2-3 months, but I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised that after just 10 days in, my skin already looks brighter and I haven't had a breakout since!

LQ Liquid Health Advance Skincare comes in a pack of 10 x 50ml bottles and you simply drink one each day. Each little bottle contains 14 active ingredients, include marine collagen, aloe vera, turmeric, and hyaluronic acid.

The shots taste a little bitter at first but the after taste only lasts a few moments and towards the end of my first week of taking them, I became oddly used to the taste. They're best taken before breakfast each morning for easy absorption.

Apparently, these shots are capable of tackling a range of skin concerns, including eczema, psoriasis and acne. Many of these conditions would require strong prescription creams and medications, which often bring with them an array of side effects. It would be nice to think that a simple health shot could alleviate the need for the harsh chemicals in such treatments.

One box of 10 shots costs £29.99 and you can buy three boxes (30 bottles or one month's worth) for £67.47 from the LQ Liquid Health website. After 3 months, you are able to drop down to taking one bottle every other day which would halve the cost over time.

If you already spend this much on topical skincare products in a month then swapping over to skincare supplements may well be worth the cost. Especially since the active ingredients are absorbed by the body instead of merely sitting on the skin's surface. While I'm impressed with the results so far, I would like to see the price come down before I make it part of my usual daily supplements.

Disclosure: I was sent this product to review, but as always my opinions are honest and my own
