Zaggora Hot Pants 2.0
For awhile now I've been seeing the name 'Zaggora' pop up in fitness circles and wondered what was special about the fitness clothing range.

For the last two weeks I've had the pleasure of finding out for myself by testing a pair of Zaggora HotPants  - don't worry, they're longer than the kind of 'hot pants' you're probably thinking of! In fact they come in short, capri and flare lengths. Instead, these shorts get their name because they make you sweat even more when you're working out!
These shorts are made out of Neoprene, using Zaggora's petent pending Celu-lite technology. The fabric traps in your natural body heat while you're working out, with the aim of increasing your core temperature and also your metabolic rate by up to 18% compared to non-Zaggora clothing.

They feel a little strange when you first put them on but after a few workouts I prefer them to my regular gym shorts. They're also a little noisy to walk in as a result of the fabric, but if you're working out in a gym class with loud music playing, or running at 6am with headphones on, you won't notice!

What I've found striking about these shorts is that you can feel like your legs are in a mini sauna and the shorts will be soaking wet with sweat when you peel them off after a 30 minute or more workout, however, the sweat doesn't show on the outside and the shorts won't feel wet to touch either.

They also look great! The stretchy compression design moulds flatteringly to your curves, holding you in all the right places. I really appreciate it this when I'm planking or doing push ups in Body Pump, or even downward dog in yoga. It's just good to know nothing is going to fall out when in these compromising positions in a public place!

With the Capri length, I've liked the extra knee support they give me, it's perfect since I squat very heavy weights these days! On top of this, I like the increase in circulation to my thighs. As someone with pretty poor circulation, I find it takes ages to warm up in the winter, so these shorts will certainly solve that issue! I've also found that this boost in circulation has result in reduced appearance of cellulite - which I'm very happy about with a holiday coming up!

Is it too early to be thinking about Christmas?
Zaggora also make an upper body clothing range (which I'm adding to my Christmas list months in advanced!) including a sports bra that keeps you cool, a top that keeps you cool as well as warm you up in all the right places, a blazer and a hooded top - perfect for yoga or running!

Clearly these items will be much sought after by runners in the winter months, but you can wear them all round and for all exercises. There are clothing styles and colours available for all manner of sports, such as yoga, Zumba and outdoor sports, but you don't have to go to the gym to make good use of these shorts, you could put them on while you do household chores to increase the calorie burn.

All items are available to buy online from in an array of bright, pretty colours and sizes with prices ranging from £20-80. Just a warning, this website may cause you to spend all of this months wages or max out your credit card!

received a free sample of the product  for the purpose of review but was not compensated in any other way. As always, opinions are my own!
