WeightWatchers have launched their own breakfast biscuits, perfect for mid-morning snacks and breakfast on the go.
Currently, their are two flavours, Milk and Honey and Fruit & Seeds. A box has six packs, each with two large biscuits at just 159 calories and 3g of fibre per pack! For those of you on the WeightWatchers plan, they're 4 points per pack.
The biscuits are made from wheat and oats and fortified with iron and vitamins and there are no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
My personal favourite are the Fruit & Seeds biscuits, these are so full of sweet fruity flavour and have proved to be very popular with the rest of the household! With these biscuits around, no one has any excuse to skip breakfast. Seriously don't ever skip breakfast, you need it to kick start your metabolism and perk you up on that Monday bus to work!
You could even pop some in your kid's lunch box for a healthy, tasty alternative to regular digestives...if you feel like sharing.
I received a free sample of the product for the purpose of review but was not compensated in any other way. As always, opinions are my own!

Since the 11th of May 2011, I have gone from being obese to healthy, rescued myself from diabetes and hypertension and taught myself how to cook along the way. I've gone from being the teen that bunked off PE lessons, to the adult whose hobbies include lifting weights, yoga, dance and mixed martial arts.
My main rule is to live a lifestyle that's fad-free! I encourage everyone to stay well away from faddy diets that could potentially cause more health problems than they solve.
It's all about creating a sustainable, enjoyable lifestyle change.
