Guest Recipe: JD’s Big Carb Load Breakfast

Here at BTBS, we're not afraid of carbs! In fact, we embrace them as a key part of a healthy balanced diet.

Nutrional values:
229 calories, 46 g carbs, 15 g sugar, 6 g protein, 2 g fat

Simply prepare ½ cup Irish Oatmeal and top with 4 oz. Fresh Blueberries and 1 tsp. Raw Cane Sugar.

Simple, filling and packed with Vitamin C and antioxidants! Just what you need to kick start your early morning workouts.
